Take a ride on the Gornergrat Railway, which offers stunning panoramic views of the Matterhorn and surrounding peaks. The observatory at the top provides an incredible vantage point for capturing the beauty of the Alps. Zermatt is a car-free town, which contributes to its peaceful and pollution-free environment. You'll get around on electric taxis and horse-drawn carriages, creating a charming and tranquil atmosphere. If you decide to get there by car, you can leave the car in Täsch and take the 15min train to Zermatt.
