Tjöruhúsið, located in the idyllic town of Ísafjörður in the Westfjords of Iceland, is a seafood restaurant offering an extraordinary dining experience. The atmosphere radiates coziness and conviviality, thanks to rustic wooden tables and dim lighting, making it an ideal spot for sharing lively conversations with friends. Highly recommend!
QUICK NOTES:
What it is: An incredible resturant in Ísafjörður, Westfjords, specializing in fish.
Best season: Any but winter (they close during the winter months and usually start opening up around March).
Opening hours: Generally from 12pm - 2pm, and then dinner from 7pm - 9pm.
Nice to know: It does get quite busy there so see if you can book a table.
