Amazing stop short drive from Tórshavn

In this small village you'll find an old farm called Kirkjubøargarður that is one of the oldest still inhabited wooden houses in the world, if not the oldest. The farm itself has always been the largest in the area full of historic items and how they used to live back in the day. Close to the farm there is a church and the ruins and St Magnus Cathedral. Take a walk around the village and notice the houses are almost all painted black with red windows. Here is the website of the family that owns this farm. https://patursson.fo/
