🇧🇷 A Praia da Ursa é simplesmente uma das praias mais deslumbrantes que já tivemos o prazer de ver. Ela se encontra no ponto mais ocidental de Portugal, em Sintra. As vistas intocadas e a beleza natural do local são de tirar o fôlego. A água pode até ser agitada, mas isso não impede as pessoas de visitarem e admirarem essa paisagem de encher os olhos. Apesar de ser um pouco complicado chegar até lá, cada esforço vale a pena! A descida é íngreme e desafiadora, partindo do topo da falésia. Muitas vezes, precisamos descer agachados, de cócoras ou até mesmo arrastando o bumbum, haha. A Praia da Ursa fica pertinho do Cabo da Roca e você acessa por uma estradinha de terra. Existem vários caminhos para chegar lá, mas seguimos aquele que está a poucos metros da estrada que leva ao Cabo da Roca. A ida e a volta são cerca de 2,6 km no total – pode parecer curto, mas não subestime, viu? 😄 E para se preparar para a aventura, lembre-se de:

• Passar protetor solar

• Levar um boné ou algo para proteger a cabeça

• Ter água e um lanchinho à disposição

• Usar uma bolsa ou mochila leve

• Calçar um calçado confortável para caminhar

• Ter uma toalha pequena na bolsa

• Carregar um saco para recolher o lixo (e trazer de volta na bolsa)

🇺🇸 Praia da Ursa is truly one of the most stunning beaches we've ever had the pleasure to see. It's located on the westernmost point of Portugal, in Sintra. The untouched scenery and natural beauty of the place are absolutely breathtaking. The water might be a bit wild, but that doesn't stop people from visiting and marveling at this awe-inspiring landscape. Even though getting there can be a bit challenging, every bit of effort is worth it! The descent is steep and demanding, starting from the cliff's top. Many times, we had to descend crouching, squatting, or even sliding down on our bums, haha. Praia da Ursa is situated close to Cabo da Roca, and you access it through a dirt road. There are several trails to reach the beach, but we followed the one just a few meters from the road that leads to Cabo da Roca. The round trip is about 2.6 km – it might seem short, but don't underestimate it, okay? 😄 And to get ready for the adventure, remember to:

• Apply sunscreen

• Wear a hat or something to cover your head

• Bring water and a snack

• Carry a light bag or backpack

• Choose comfortable walking shoes

• Have a small towel in your bag

• Bring a bag to collect your trash (and carry it back in your bag)
