The Ponte Vecchio in Florence, Italy, is a charming medieval bridge that spans the Arno River. Known as the "Old Bridge," it's famous for its unique shops built along its sides. Originally occupied by butchers and farmers, today you'll find jewellers, art dealers, and souvenir sellers lining the bridge. With its rich history dating back to Roman times, the Ponte Vecchio is a must-visit spot for tourists exploring the beautiful city of Florence.

The bridge has historic significance as well. This was the only bridge left standing in World War II.
