Message from Graziano e Federica

Kalta Minor is a unique minaret located in Khiva, Uzbekistan. It was intended to be the tallest in the world, but construction abruptly stopped at 29 meters in 1855 when its creator, Muhammad Amin Khan, passed away. Despite its incomplete state, Kalta Minor is known for its intricate decorations and colorful glazed tiles. Visitors can climb up the minaret using a wooden staircase and admire the geometric patterns adorning its exterior. This quirky yet charming structure stands as a testament to the ambitious vision of its builder and the rich history of Khiva.
