Gorgas de San Julián Park is a popular hiking spot in Nueno, Huesca, Spain 🇪🇸, known for its beautiful scenery and moderate trails. The 3.2-mile out-and-back route takes you through a gorge with lush vegetation, including Holm oaks, boxwoods, and more 🌿. You might even spot some wildlife like birds of prey and foxes along the way 🦅🦊. Don't miss the 11th-century Hermitage of San Julián de Andría perched on a cliff, adding a touch of history to your outdoor adventure 🏞️. It's a great place to escape into nature and enjoy a peaceful hike in the Spanish countryside 🚶‍♂️.

How to get there? 🗺️

From Huesca, take the direction of Jaca via the A-23 highway, and about 10 km later, take exit 372 to Nueno and Arascues. Follow the signs to Nueno, and after crossing the bridge over the highway, turn right towards Nueno on the N-330. Continue along the N-330 road, passing by the Guara Golf course for approximately 1 km, until you reach a road on your left towards the Parque de Guara Urbanization, where you will turn. Follow the signs towards the Guara Golf Urbanization, which you will skirt until reaching the northwest end of the urbanization, where you will find some informational panels about the route. Park your vehicle on the side of the paved road. 🚗
