This waterfall is a beautiful spot for a swim and a relaxing picnic with the whanau. Located near Waiuku, this charming 6-meter-high horsetail waterfall is easy to reach and loved by locals. The pool at the base of the falls is deep enough for rock jumping, making it a fun spot for a refreshing dip.

You can access the reserve from the end of Waitangi Falls Road, so don’t forget your towel if you plan to swim. The falls are just a short stroll from the carpark, with grassy areas and picnic tables to enjoy. It's the perfect place to unwind and soak in the peaceful surroundings.
