The Fairy Pools of Scotland's Isle of Skye are a breathtakingly beautiful natural phenomena located near Glenbrittle. Drawing visitors from far and wide, the magical pools are a series of crystal-clear blue waterfalls found at the foot of Black Cuillins mountains, creating a scenery straight out of a fantasy novel. To explore these unique formations, travelers usually take a 1.5 mile walking trail which passes several small waterfalls and pools. Visitors can also opt for a longer hike to nearby Sgurr an Fheadain for even more stunning views of Macleod's Tables. For those wishing to take a dip in the cold waters, swimming is allowed throughout the river. With so many options, the Fairy Pools are sure to bewitch anyone who travels there.
