The Via Giulia is an amazing street of historical importance located in Rome, Italy. The Via Giulia runs along the left (east) bank of the Tiber from Piazza San Vincenzo Pallotti to Piazza dell'Oro and was commissioned by Pope Julius II in 1508. Highlighting different architectural styles from the Renaissance to the Baroque periods, with palaces and churches built by renowned architects like Donato Bramante, Raffaello Sanzio and Antonio da Sangallo the Younger, the Via Giulia remains as one of Rome’s most prestigious spots today.
