Hidden gem - enchanting little known shrine in Tokyo

Message from Tamra Bow

Hie Shrine is one of those hidden gems in Tokyo I highly recommend you check out.

It’s kind of like the Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto, with those iconic red torii gates leading you up to the main shrine, but the best part? It’s way less crowded.

It's a beautiful, peaceful escape right in the middle of the city.

The whole vibe is calming, and the walk through the gates is honestly beautiful. If you're after something a little quieter and more tranquil than the usual tourist spots, Hie Shrine is definitely worth a visit.

There's a lot to love about it!
