Isla Santay National Recreation Area in Guayaquil is a paradise for bird watchers. Located just off the coast of Guayaquil, explorers can access the island by foot or boat and enjoy its diverse habitats. Whether by bike or by foot, take an exciting journey through mangroves, forests, grasslands, and wetlands, where visitors can spot 128 species of birds, including neo-tropical breeds from North America. End the day with lunch at the Tourist Information Center located near the small eco-village, or stay longer in one of the small rustic cabins on the island. Isla Santay is sure to provide travelers an unforgettable adventure! The entrance is fee but the bicycle rental costs around 4$USD
