After 2 years exploring the US and hiking some of the most incredible trails, I have no hesitation in listing this hike among the best of the best. It's a tough trail and a full day send, but the 13 mile round trip journey is doable as a day hike for experienced hikers and absolutely worth it for the jaw dropping views. The scenery is nothing but epic all the way from Cascade Pass to Glacier camp. You'll traverse the Sahale arm passing over Doubtful Lake and scramble the scree field until you reach unparalleled 360 degree views of the North Cascades that seem to extend on forever. From rolling alpine meadows, marmots, mountain goats, epic peaks; this is an adventurer's dream. Bring your bear spray and your endurance; it's a doozy but well, well worth it.
