Chele La, also known as Chele Pass, is the highest motorable point in Bhutan, sitting at a cool 3,988 meters above sea level between the Haa and Paro valleys. This pass is not for the faint-hearted, with its narrow, steep asphalt road that's full of sharp turns and sheer drops. It can get pretty dicey in winter with snow and ice, so caution is advised. Fun fact: parts of this area were used as a filming location for the movie "Travellers & Magicians." So, if you're up for an adventure with breathtaking views, Chele La might just be the spot for you!
