The Blyde River Canyon in South Africa is one of the largest canyons in the world. At 26 km long, it is nestled among subtropical vegetation that gives it its nickname of "The Green Canyon". Spanning through Mpumalanga, it is filled with a diverse array of wildlife such as hippos, crocodiles, antelope and different species of primates.
