Wat Boromracha Kanchanapisek Anusorn is located in Bang Bua Tong, Nonthaburi and is home to a Mahayana or Chinese Buddhist temple. With 12 rai covered, the temple reflects Buddhist doctrine in its impressive architecture including Guan Yim Bodhisattava Vihara, Meun Buddhasukkavadi Hall, Burapajarn Vihara, Meditation Hall, Monk Residence and Phra Pariyat Tham School. Built in 1996 to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of King Bhumibol's Accession to the Throne, this beautiful temple hosts various cultural festivals such as Chinese New Year and Vegetarian Festival (Gin Jay) that are a great way to experience the Thai-Chinese culture!
