It carries a unique history, having been settled by French Huguenots in 1688 who gave it its unique name, which means "French Corner". The surrounding area is home to many popular wineries, making it a popular destination for food and wine lovers alike. Its Central Main Street has many interesting boutiques and galleries, providing an exciting shopping experience.
