The Khlong Chao Waterfall is a popular destination for lovers of nature and outdoor adventure in the southern Province of Trat, Thailand. Located on Koh Kood Island, its 0.5-mile out-and-back trail passes by stretches of varied and pristine forests, where one can find respite in tranquil surroundings, observe an occasional wildlife sighting, and take delight in magnificent waterfall views. The January to September period are considered the best times for traveling, as during the monsoon season, between October and December, trails may become washed out by heavy rains and overgrown plants. All these factors make Khlong Chao Waterfall a charming and beautiful spot perfect for a family outing or a day outside with friends.
