Tetebatu is a quiet, lush area in Lombok, located south of the Mount Rinjani volcano. It’s known for its rice fields, waterfalls, and black monkeys. The area is not very developed, which adds to its charm as a peaceful place to stay. However, this also means there are only a handful of restaurants and no luxury hotels—just guesthouses.

One of the best guesthouses in the area offers beautiful views, a lovely garden, and breakfast. It’s conveniently located near all the top sights, but I recommend renting a scooter from here to easily get around the area.
