É bem pequena e pode ser conhecida em menos de uma hora. No alto da colina com suas casinhas brancas (como as conhecidas Marvão e Monsaraz), certamente vale a pena conhecer. Não deixe de ir seguindo as casinhas pintadas nas pedras da rua principal que vai levar você até a artista responsável: a Inocência Lopes, dona da lojinha de artesanalto “Celeiro Comum”.

What truly stands out is its Castle, better known as the site of the Convenção de Evoramonte - the signing that marked the end of the Liberal Wars between liberal and absolutist forces in 1834. The village is quite small and can be explored in less than an hour. Perched atop the hill with its white houses (much like the renowned Marvão and Monsaraz), it's definitely worth a visit. Make sure not to miss the path of painted houses on the stones of the main street, which will guide you to the artist responsible: Inocência Lopes, the owner of the artisanal shop "Celeiro Comum."
