Sugar Pine Point Beach is a sandy gem nestled within the historic zone of Sugar Pine Point State Park. It's got two sections, one north and one south of General Creek's mouth, and its size changes with the water level of Lake Tahoe. You can access the north portion through the Ed Z'berg Preserve, while the south beach is conveniently located near the Pine Lodge mansion. If you're arriving by boat, there's even a pier for easy loading and unloading. Plus, there's a scenic waterside trail that leads to smaller rocky beaches on the outer Meeks Bay. So whether you're looking to swim, picnic, or just soak up some sun, Sugar Pine Point Beach has got you covered.
