Leave Olympia at 7:30 am and drive to Delphi
Delphi is an ancient site located on the slopes of Mount Parnassus in Greece. It was once a sacred precinct and was home to the famous Oracle of Delphi, who was consulted about important decisions by major civilizations throughout the ancient world. The site is now a substantial archaeological site, an extension of Parnassos National Park, and has been named a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its great historical influence.
In addition to the ancient ruins, the modern town of Delphi boasts spectacular views of the Pleistos River Valley, and it's easy to get lost in the beauty of this ancient mythical destination.
