Kvernufoss Waterfall is located in South Iceland and is a hidden gem for dedicated tourists. It cascades down 98 feet (30 meters) from cliffs made of lava rocks, making it an ideal location for photo-shoots and a great spot to witness first-hand the power of nature. One can carefully follow the trail into a cave behind the waterfall for a different look at this stunning natural site. A small-group day tour or a 3-day private photography tour are perfect ways to explore Kvernufoss and discover this hidden gem. Once here, travelers will be able to admire the roaring water framed by the black volcanic rock cliffs, as well as witness rainbows caused by the spray on sunny days.
