Hidden gem waterfall in New Zealand

Waterfall

Message from Ashley Elliott

Te Reinga Falls in New Zealand is a bit of a hidden gem that requires a bit of a scramble to get a decent view. Despite the official overlook being a bit underwhelming, adventurous visitors can take an unofficial path for a better look at the waterfall. The falls drop about 35m into the Wairoa River, creating a misty spectacle with rainbows on sunny days. It's definitely worth the extra effort to get a closer look and appreciate this natural beauty!
