This train ride has guranteed views. It travels quite literally on the side of the mountains offering amazing views of the alpine, waterfalls, rivers and lakes. The White Pass & Yukon Route Railway is a historic railway from the Gold Rush located in Skagway, Alaska. Built in 1898, it was used to transport goods and passengers between Skagway and Whitehorse, Yukon. The railway is now a popular tourist attraction, offering scenic views of the surrounding mountains and glaciers.
