Gorgeous little lighthouse, capture it with Mt Taranaki in the background on a clear day

Further information: Cape Egmont Lighthouse is an iconic attraction in Taranaki, New Zealand. Built in London in the mid-1800s, the lighthouse was then shipped and assembled in Mana Island before being moved to Cape Egmont, where it stands today. Visitors will have a fascinating experience traveling along State Highway 45 to view the beautifully lit lighthouse, which has served as a beacon for ships for decades. The stories behind the construction of this remarkable landmark make viewing the lighthouse even more enjoyable. With an effortless detour, visitors can take in the grandeur of this timeless local symbol.
