Come to Mount Keipen for an easy and enjoyable hiking experience that rewards you with stunning views of Harstad, its fjords and mountains. The hike takes about an hour in total and is suitable for the whole family. Start your journey by driving towards Kasfjord, and following FV1 to Aunfjellet. Park near the first lake on the right side of the road and begin your path on the far right end. There is no marked trail, but it is well kept and leads you up to the top of the mountain. Enjoy a phenomenal view of Kasfjorden and Skjærstad beyond the fjord. Have fun as you explore and admire nature's beauty!
