The Buerbreen Glacier hike in Norway is an incredible experience that shouldn't be missed! Located 5km outside of Odda, the hike features a short and intense climb with stunning scenery that will take your breath away. Nature lovers can admire the imposing glacier up ahead, cascading run off down the valley, and boulders scattered along the way leftover from the glacier's retreat. On the way visitors can refill their water bottles with the yummiest water ever from the glacial run off! The round-trip journey should take around 2-3 hours, and essential items to bring include sunglasses, hat, walking boots, shell jacket, down jacket, suncream, trailmix, and a water bottle. With the challenging but rewarding trek, the beautiful views at the top are well worth the effort!
