Salmonier Nature Park is a wonderful place to visit if you're interested in experiencing Newfoundland's wildlife up close in a natural setting. This park serves as a sanctuary for wildlife rehabilitation, making it a unique location where visitors can learn about and observe a variety of local animal species in habitats that have been carefully designed to mimic their natural environments.

One of the highlights of Salmonier Nature Park is the chance to see moose, one of Newfoundland's most iconic animals. Walking along the park's trails, you might catch a glimpse of these majestic creatures as they roam freely. The park's layout and the thoughtful placement of viewing areas allow for excellent opportunities to observe and photograph moose without disturbing them, providing a respectful and intimate wildlife experience.

In addition to moose, the park is home to many other species, including birds of prey, small mammals, and various indigenous plant life.
