Bangbelly Bistro, founded by Chef Ian Sheridan and Co-Owner Caitlyn Terry, started as a cozy coffee shop and has blossomed into a full-service bistro on Fogo Island. With multi-course dining options, Chef's menus, and a curated cocktail list, it's a must-visit spot for foodies. They have such a diverse menu with many delicious-sounding items. I opted for the special, which was a shrimp Bahn mi. You can upgrade your fries to potato wedges AND nacho toppings, which come highly recommended.
