Situated where two of the East Coast Trail paths converge, it marks the end of the Tinker's Cove Path that begins in Mobile and the starting point of the La Manche Village Path. This strategic location makes Tors Cove a favorite stop for those trekking along these scenic routes.

Apart from being a hub for hikers, Tors Cove offers splendid opportunities for whale watching right from the shore.

Tors Cove is also known for its vibrant local culture, notably home to Running the Goat press. This small but prolific press offers a unique selection of Newfoundland souvenirs that are hard to find anywhere else. From original prints and handmade books to beautifully crafted cards, each item reflects the rich heritage and artistic spirit of the area.
