Giolitti is a renowned café located in the heart of Rome, known for their ice cream and pastries. Founded in 1890, Giolitti is a Roman institution and has been a favorite for locals and tourists alike for years. They were the go-to supplier of the Italian royal family and are to this day is owned by the same family.

I'd recommend to visit their location in Via Uffici del Vicario near the Pantheon, the interior is incredibly beautiful and has a gorgeous atmosphere. Their gelato is one of the best in the city.

Keep in mind that this is a popular spot in a crowded location, so the queue will likely be long, especially during the high season. I wouldn't wait if the queue is too long; there are alternatives nearby. I avoided it a few times in June but went in July when there was almost no queue.
