Naustahvilft, otherwise known as the 'Troll Seat', is a park located in Ísafjörður, Iceland. It features a deep depression in the surrounding mountains which many believe is the result of a troll trying to make it home before sunrise. Others like to believe that it was formed naturally by the last Ice Age. This majestic hike offers a short but challenging climb up for visitors and upon reaching the peak, they can enjoy spectacular views of Ísafjörður town. Furthermore, visitors can also sign the guest book at the top of the hill for keepsake. Naustahvilft is an experience that combines natural beauty with a little bit of folklore for an exciting and unique adventure.
