Camogli is a picturesque fishing village located in Liguria, in Northern Italy.

It has all the typical characteristics of a Ligurian town with narrow cobbled streets, colourful buildings and a beautiful beach.

Camogli is among the most beautiful towns in Liguria and a highly recommended stop for those seeking to explore a part of Italy where Italians actually go. While most tourists head to the nearby Portofino, Camogli is mainly for the Italians and mostly because it's not very popular abroad.

There's plenty to do in this town, and it's a great town where to stay if you visit during summer. You can stay here and enjoy the beach and the town, but also easily reach many other interesting places like Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino and Rapallo.

How to reach Camogli with public transport: the station of Camogli is 'Camogli - San Fruttuoso', so depending on where you're coming from, consider this station to be your destination.

For example from Genova Piazza Principe (Genoa's main station) to Camogli San Fruttuoso, it takes about 40 minutes costing €4.50.
