This viewpoint in Vernazza is on the way to the hiking trail between Monterosso al Mare and Vernazza. Differently from the one further on the map, to see this view you don't need a ticket or the Cinque Terre pass, as it's before the start of the trail. I think it's a great alternative to see Vernazza, even though the one further is a better perspective.
