I stayed here most recently in autumn 2023 and could not have imagined a better stay. I ADORE their cute blacknose sheep wallpaper which you will find everywhere from their lounge to lifts to the bedroom walls! This hotel also has good views of the Matterhorn that you can enjoy straight from your balcony. It also comes with a small indoor jacuzzi pool and a wellness and relaxation area, which I went immediately after a long day of hiking to sooth my tired muscles. The bedroom was modern and spacious that comes with a living room area, a balcony, generous bathroom amenities and a bathtub. Pets are also welcome at the hotel.

Zermatt is a car-free zone, so if you require help with your luggage, you can always call the reception and they can arrange for a transfer for you to and fro the hotel to the train station.
