Waisenhausplatz (Orphanage Plaza) is a charming plaza situated in the Old City of Bern.

The Christmas market in this plaza is open from 1 Dec to 24 Dec 2023, daily from 10:00 - 20:00 (closes 18:00 on Sundays).

After Christmas, there is a "Altjahresmarkt" . This market runs from 27 Dec to 6 Jan 2023 from 10:00 – 18:00.
