Koishikawa Korakuen Garden is a lovely Japanese landscape garden located in Tokyo, Japan. The garden was built in the early Edo Period and is home to dozens of maple trees that turn vibrant shades of orange and red during fall color season. Visitors can also enjoy the small grove of ginkgo trees that turn golden yellow in Autumn, as well as the plum trees from mid-February through March and the cherry blossoms in late-March to early April. Taking a walk around the garden offers stunning views with the modern backdrop of Tokyo Dome and other buildings in the distance providing a unique contrast. It is an ideal spot for appreciating nature all year round and easily accessed from Iidabashi Station by subway or JR Chuo Line.
