Horsethief Campground is located right outside of Canyonlands National Park's Island in the Sky district. individual sites available on a first-come, first-served basis, and you can choose from four loops: Appaloosa, Buckskin, Cayuse, and Dapple. The campground has 83 sites for tents or RVs, with no hook-ups but pit toilets are available. Group sites are also available for reservation. The campground is located close to mountain bike trails and 4WD roads, in addition to Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. Just remember to bring exact cash or a check for the $20 per night camping fee!
