Zoo Zurich is one of Europe’s most renowned zoological gardens, located on the picturesque Zürichberg not far from the city centre. Seraina's Tip: The Penguin Parade is a unique winter experience. From November to February, when temperatures drop below 10°C, the royal penguins take a daily walk through the zoo at 1:30 PM. The parade is voluntary for the penguins but usually a welcome change in their routine. If you can, try to be there. It's a spectacle you won't forget anytime soon.
