The Osaka Science Museum is a great destination for those looking to explore the science and technology of Japan. Located on Nakanoshima Island, the museum has four floors with interactive exhibits featuring the universe, chemistry, electricity and energy. Kids will love attending the daily science show (in Japanese), and the museum also has a planetarium with hourly shows. Admission to the museum is 400 yen, which includes the separate fee for the planetarium. With two nearby train stations, getting there is super easy. Whether you’re a curious tourist or passionate science enthusiast, the Osaka Science Museum is a must-see.

IT IS TEMPORARELY CLOSED UNTIL SUMMER 2024 for renewal
