They have lots of market stands selling interesting gifts, which tend to be a little higher end than the other markets. The vendors change weekly, so there’s a reason to visit frequently to see what’s changed.

But the real reason to come here is the food! So many delicious things to eat this market, from traditional Swiss to a variety of international flavors: Mexican, Peruvian, Japanese, etc.

They also have a fondue chalet and fondue gondolas, best to make a reservation. It feels like a food festival, with lots of cozy corners to sit or stand while you eat and chat with friends.

Kids will enjoy the adorable carousel and the “Elfendorf” with a few fun Christmas-related activities for children.
