Viewing Point Storvatnet is an epic, breathtaking sight just outside of Napp as you head on the E6 towards Reine, Norway. The viewpoint overlooks Storvatnet, a beautiful lake with crystal clear waters and stunning landscapes pouring out from all directions. One a nice day, this is an incredible place to make a picnic, watch the sunset or shoot some photos. It's also an incredible place to watch and photograph birds, especially whooper swans, divers and grebes too. From this vantage point, you'll have the chance to capture some magical photos of the tranquil lake and huge peaks, all while standing on the shore of a gorgeous arctic lake. If you're taking a drive from one of the bigger towns like Svolvaer or Leknes out to Reine or beyond, you'll pass right by this lake, and it's a great place to pull over for a rest stop. You'll be so happy you did!
