The restaurant
Fiskekrogen was established on the pier in Henningsvær in 1989 by Else Marie Larsen and Otto Asheim. Today it is owned by their two sons, Thomas and Jørgen Asheim, who continue the seafood restaurant's vision of operating sustainably and using local ingredients.
At Fiskerkrogen, you will always be able to eat fish caught from fishing boats in and around Henningsvær, in addition to meat from farms on Vestvågøy.
The menu is seasonal, and we want to offer Norwegian flavors served in a traditional and more modern way. Vegetarian options based on local ingredients will also always be available.
