Arco – A Charming Town with a Stunning Castle
Arco is one of those places that feels like it has a little bit of everything. The historic old town is perfect for a relaxing stroll, with its narrow streets, cozy cafes, and beautifully preserved buildings. I loved wandering around and soaking in the atmosphere—it’s the kind of place that feels straight out of a postcard.
The real highlight, though, is definitely Arco Castle. Perched high on a rocky hill, it’s a must-visit. The views from up there are incredible, and if you’re into photography like I am, it’s worth bringing a drone—the castle looks spectacular from the air, but the view from the top is also impressive with the rugged landscape and rolling hills in the background.

If you’re into outdoor adventures, Arco is known as Italy’s rock climbing capital, so you’ll see climbers scaling cliffs all over the area. There are also plenty of biking trails nearby... one of the best routes is the Pista Ciclabile Arco - Dro - Sarche, which offers stunning views along the way.
Arco has this perfect mix of history, nature, and charm, and I’d definitely recommend stopping by.
