Castoro Cellars is a beloved winery in Paso Robles, known for its cozy atmosphere, sustainable practices, and diverse selection of award-winning wines. Founded in 1983, this family-owned winery has become a staple in the region, offering guests a relaxing setting to enjoy estate-grown wines, from bold Zinfandels to crisp whites. The tasting room, surrounded by vineyards and oak trees, provides a laid-back yet refined experience, often featuring live music and art displays.

Beyond wine tasting, Castoro Cellars is also home to a disc golf course, yoga sessions, and an annual music festival, making it a destination that blends wine, nature, and community. The Udsen family, who founded Castoro Cellars, also operates Bethel Rd. Distillery & Winery across the street. Bethel Rd. offers craft spirits and wines in a cozy and inviting setting. Visitors can enjoy small-batch brandy aged in neutral French oak and American char barrels, London Dry style gin, and a selection of liqueurs, including walnut nocino.  Being situated across from the Castoro Cellars tasting room, making it convenient for guests to experience both establishments during their visit.
