Big Tree Wayside, located in Redwood National Park and Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park, is a wonder to behold with an old-growth coast redwood that is said to be over 1,500 years old and estimated to stand at 350 feet tall. The Giant, also known as "Big Tree Wayside" can be found at the end of a short paved trail from the main road and can be accessed via the Newton B Drury Parkway. With easy access and no hike-in required, this natural giant offers visitors an exciting and awe-inspiring opportunity. Whether taking photos or just simply admiring the beauty of the tree, Big Tree Wayside is definitely worth a visit!
