Lake Ohrid is a stunning lake on the shared border of North Macedonia and Albania. The sheer depth of this great lake, at roughly 288 meters (945 ft), makes it one of the oldest lakes in Europe and offers an impressive aquatic ecosystem with over 200 endemic species.
