Shin-Aomori Station is a railway hub located in Aomori, Japan, serving as the northern terminus of the Ōu Main Line and the Tōhoku Shinkansen line from Tokyo. It's also the starting point of the Hokkaido Shinkansen to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto. The station features both conventional and high-speed train platforms, with a staffed ticket office. Originally opened in 1986, it underwent renovations in 2010. With daily passenger numbers averaging around 7,652, Shin-Aomori Station plays a vital role in connecting travelers to various destinations in the region.
