Their vegan ramen, born from Chef Chihiro Miyazaki’s creations showcased at Paris Ramen Week, is exceptional—a thick, salt-based broth blended with carrot puree, red pepper-spiced noodles, and a colorful medley of veggies. Plus, meat-lovers aren’t left out, with tasty options for everyone. The cozy vibe and friendly staff make it a place I keep coming back to whenever I’m in Tokyo and craving a satisfying, veggie-friendly bowl of ramen.
